Did you have cherished doll, growing up?
In this performance Tsuchimoto breaks free from old aspirations, saying goodbye to Kitty. Liberating herself from Asian stereotypes and hegemonic femininity. The process starts with carefully crafting a handmade doll, stitch by stitch. Combining the role of mother and child, good girl and rebel. This later evolves into a naive performance, exploring the passage to adulthood.
